Cut-make-trim plus a Carvico dealership, decoration and wash — specified under one roof in Ajman Free Zone.

We source and import prime knitted, woven, synthetic and blended fabrics to match GSM, hand-feel, colour and performance requirements. As a Carvico dealership we also specify Italian performance knits for swimwear, sportswear and intimates.

MID CITI Garments is a Carvico dealership. We supply and manufacture with Carvico’s Italian knitted fabrics — specified for swimwear, sportswear and undergarments. Programmes are built on the Carvico quality you approve, then cut, sewn and decorated in Ajman.

Knitted and woven garments are cut, stitched, checked and finished in-house. Sampling sits on the same floor, so fittings are approved before bulk.

High-volume screen printing on a 14-colour automatic machine — for promotional tees, staff uniforms and branded programmes that need precise colour.

Garment embroidery of exceptional quality for school crests, corporate marks, names and rank identification — sampled before bulk.

Panel and roll-to-roll sublimation for fashion, sportswear and swimwear. The floor runs a Roland Texart RT-640 (Japan) and an Epson SureColor F9400. The Texart prints in 4-colour CMYK or 8-colour, including orange, violet and fluorescent pink and yellow. The SureColor F9400 runs at up to 108.6 m²/h on Epson UltraChrome DS inks, which carry an Oeko-Tex Eco Passport for textiles worn by adults, children and babies. A DS170 heat calendar finishes the transfer.

In-house garment washing including stone wash and antique sandblast — used to develop hand-feel and vintage effects on denim, twill and casual programmes.

Every programme is fitted and quality-checked by our in-house team so bulk deliveries match the approved sample — ready for GCC and international export.
